Where I’m From

I may be on the newer side of my software development career, but I’m no stranger to the tech industry. A 13-year veteran in data analysis and hardware engineering, I’ve worked with companies to develop process technologies, engineer failure analysis, and discover meaningful insights for their businesses.

But when I emigrated from South Korea to the United States in 2018, I also wanted to pivot my career. Interested in web development and creating high-quality apps that visually demonstrate data storytelling, I completed a data science bootcamp before jumping into Techtonic’s Accelerated Apprenticeship

How I Can Help

Not only does my engineering background seamlessly translate (my divide-and-conquer problem solving techniques, for instance, make it easy to spot bugs and refactor code), but pairing my robust understanding of trendy technologies with my production-level skill for delivering a dynamic end-product also makes me an ideal full stack developer.

Ultimately, that means I’m here to be your tech talent chameleon. Whether that’s as a software developer, product manager, or QA engineer, my end game is to create technology that’s smarter, more efficient, and effective for your business.

But what’s arguably more valuable is that, through collaborative, communicative work, I also aim to create products that help make the world a better place. Sure, that may sound cheesy to some — but then again, couldn’t we all use a little more cheese in our lives?
